Ordering Your Engineer's Hat

Place your orders online and we will ship your personalized Engineer Hat every Friday. Engineer hats will ship in the United States by USPS First Class Mail unless you choose to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. Currently, we are not shipping Engineer Hats outside of the United States.   To e-mail us please click here: Contact Us.  Or call 501-513-3733  Please leave a message with your contact details, including the best time to return the call, order number and/or your question.  We can not call you back if we do not know when and where to call you.  We will not call you back if we do not know why you are calling.  We would like to have an answer ready for you when we call. > Remember this is a custom product.  These custom engineer hats do not make themselves.  We are running machines in a noisy environment and cannot always hear the phone, much less get to it before the answering machine.  So please be kind and leave a detailed message, including your order number   Please note that Engineer Hats personalized with Names are non-returnable. Shipping Information:

While Personalized products are generally shipped out every Monday, It can take up to 3 weeks to complete an order. All orders for Christmas must be placed by Dec 17th to allow for shipping via First Class. 2-3 business days processing on all other un-personalized items. If you are needing your hat by a certain date please leave us a note on your order! We love to help you with special occasions. However, you must realize these are customized Engineer hats handmade here in America. These things take time. Please give us time to create your Engineer hat perfectly. Rush orders are available. If we can not meet your needs we will refund your Engineer hat order anytime before we make the Engineer hat.
